Calabrese Pepper
I remove the seed from these peppers then smoke them using Pecan wood. Then I process them with a little olive oil and blend them slightly into a paste and can them. Great product to cook with. I also can many of them whole. I'm pretty much addicted to them...

Good little pickling peppers...boy are they hot..
Planted one of these guys in my garden. Produces well, bearing peppers about the size of an actual cherry and bright red. I will say this: If these are considered a moderate heat level, I'd hate to see what a really hot pepper is like. Wow! Not a deal breaker at all though and will be growing these again next year.

Great little peppers!
My peppers turned out exactly like the catalog description, 1" to 2" in diameter and moderately hot. They are great pickled, and cooked up in other dishes. I will try drying some soon. It's a nice companion to the milder Topepo Rosso.
