Larger than expected
Mine looked like the picture but were a LOT bigger than I expected. Some are pushing 3" in diameter. I wish they were smaller.

Must grow more!
I had three plants and so many peppers. I stuffed some for appetizers one day, and pickled some, and used some in my chili sauces, etc, etc, etc. Mine were more heart-shaped than perfectly round, but the colour and flavour were amazing.

Perfect Heat
Essential ingredient in arrabiata pasta sauce (or anything else you want some heat Italian-style!). These yielded heavily for me in east-central Iowa, despite challenging drought conditions early in June and July. They have been keeping well in my cool garage (pulled plants-peppers and all, in early Octover 2012). Excellent culinary pepper. Will grow again, hope to pickle some next year.
