We are addicted to cookbooks here at Seeds from Italy, and not just because we like to cook Italian. We find that the best cookbooks teach us about much more than food. We learn about climate, horticulture, family, community, tradition, even philosophy. To sit down with a good cookbook is like taking a small vacation to Italy.
