Produces uniform, extremely tender and delicious beets. Holds in the field until you find the time to harvest them. The beets do not become fibrous and the entire root is usable. Good for both mini and full-sized beets. In my experience seems to be disease resistant although I cannot provide specifics. Grows well in southern Vermont.
