Tomato Polifemo (106-2875)

A fresh market variety of the San Marzano type, ideal for fresh consumption, both at the green/red and fully ripe stages. A very vigorous, indeterminate growth plant that is highly productive and late maturing. The very large fruits have two cavities, a green “shoulder” and very thick, firm flesh with an excellent taste and almost no juice or seeds. Seed sourced from Sais Sementi.
